The Landing, located on the shore Lake Manawa in Council Bluffs, Iowa, will consist of single family homes, townhomes, and apartment units. The Landing is a modern wellness community designed to sustain and rejuvenate the human spirit. Knudson Interiors in orchestrating the comprehensive design for residences, clubhouse and common areas.
Bluffs Towers

Bluffs Towers was built in 1926 as the Chieftan Hotel and is being converted from a hotel to apartment residences. The Knudson Design team is working with the developer to renovate the building while maintaining the historic fabric of the building.
